Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates (New Zealand Only)

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

  • Urban Delivery: $9.90
  • Rural Delivery: $12.90
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:

  • Urban addresses: 2–4 business days
  • Rural addresses: 3–6 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
